The idea of ordering personalized party favors can feel overwhelming at first. How many weeks do you need? What decisions do you have to make? Can you change your mind partway through?
The truth is that ordering custom favors — when you work with the right studio — is one of the most enjoyable parts of planning your event. This guide walks you through every step, from your first idea to the moment your favors arrive at your door.
Start with the kind of favor that fits your event. At Celebration Finds, we specialize in hand-poured soy wax candles, personalized ribbon favor boxes, bespoke fragrance favors, and custom chocolate favors. Each one can be fully personalized to match your event aesthetic.
Think about what your guests will use and keep. A candle that lights their living room for weeks is remembered far longer than a small trinket that gets tucked in a drawer.
Every favor we make can be customized with a combination of the following: your names or the guest of honor's name, your event date, a short message or quote, your choice of ribbon color and texture, your choice of fragrance or scent, and your preferred foil color for stamping.
You do not need to decide everything at once. Our design process is collaborative. We guide you through each decision and show you a sample before production begins.
Our minimum order is 25 items for most favor types, with a 50-item minimum for chocolate favors. If you need fewer than 25, reach out — we may be able to accommodate smaller orders in some cases. For orders of 100 or more, custom pricing is available.
A good rule of thumb: order for your confirmed guest count plus 10 percent extra. Some guests take two. Some favors make beautiful keepsakes for the host. Having a few extras is always worthwhile.

Once your order is placed and your personalization details are confirmed, our Toronto studio team gets to work. Each piece is poured, tied, stamped, and assembled by hand. We photograph completed pieces before shipping so you know exactly what your guests will receive.
Your order ships insured to your venue or delivery address, carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Minor changes — like adjusting the name spelling or switching a ribbon color — can often be accommodated within the first 48 hours of ordering. Once production has begun, we cannot make changes to personalization text or quantities. This is why we always send a proof before we start.
